Cancellations

At Nadine Michelle Natural Beauty, we understand that unexpected things happen and appointments need to be rescheduled from time to time.

We kindly request that 24 hours notification is provided to avoid missed appointment charges. 

Same day.

Appointments cancelled on the day of, are subject to a 50% rebooking charge. 

Missed appointments.

No shows are subject to a 100% missed appointment charge.

Late arrivals.

In the event of a late arrival, Nadine Michelle Natural Beauty will endeavor to fulfill each appointment. However, the booked services may not be able to be completed with arrivals after 20 minutes. After 30 minutes the appointment may be cancelled & a rebooking charge will come into effect.

Sickness.

Please send notification via text, email or phone call in the event of sickness as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Adjustments/ Discrepancies

Your experience at Nadine Michelle Natural Beauty is highly esteemed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please inform Nadine within a 24 hour time frame. Every effort will be made to ensure a satisfactory solution as soon as possible, within reasonable boundaries. Discrepancies that are not brought to attention within the 24 hour time frame will be deemed a waiver by the guest and may not be raised again. Open communication is valued by Nadine Michelle, with the goal of ensuring great relationships, professional courtesy and excellence on behalf of my guests.
